Terms of Service & Production Agreement

Omni Solutions delivers a complete commercial video production package tailored to your business. The standard package includes the following deliverables:

• 1 x Vertical Commercial Video (9:16): Optimized for social media feeds and mobile display.
• 1 x Horizontal Commercial Video (16:9): Optimized for website placement and desktop display.
• 15-40 High-Resolution Photography Stills: Professional marketing stills captured during the production session.
• 7-day delivery target: Target turnaround time for initial video drafts following the shoot date.

Custom Client Requirements: Because every client has unique goals and specifications, all written scope agreements made via email and the confirmed pre-production plan (defining what will be filmed) form the binding deliverable scope produced and delivered by Omni Solutions.

Production follows a 3-step workflow: (1) Pre-production alignment via email or intake form, (2) On-site filming (2-4 hours), and (3) Post-production editing. Package pricing includes exactly one (1) consolidated round of written client feedback. Additional edits or scope additions beyond the approved pre-production plan will be quoted separately.

• Payment Structure (50/50): Project fees are split 50/50: a 50% deposit upon booking to reserve the shoot date, and the remaining 50% completion balance prior to final delivery of unwatermarked assets (14-day invoice terms or instant card checkout).
• Booking & Cancellation: Bookings and the initial 50% deposit are binding and non-refundable once the filming date is confirmed on the calendar.
• Rescheduling Fee (72h): Rescheduling the filming date less than 72 hours prior to the agreed shoot time incurs a €150 rescheduling fee to cover reserved production time.

If footage is lost, deleted, or corrupted, or if Omni Solutions makes a technical error during filming or editing, Omni Solutions is legally obligated to reschedule and re-shoot the content immediately at zero (€0) extra cost to the client.

Upon payment of the final balance invoice, the client receives 100% full commercial usage rights to all delivered final assets. Omni Solutions retains the right to display published media, brand logos, and business names in its portfolio, website, and promotional marketing channels.

The client is responsible for obtaining required consent and image releases from on-site staff and participants prior to filming. All media files are processed securely in compliance with GDPR regulations (EU 2016/679).

Ticking the agreement box 'I have read and agree to the Terms of Service' during online checkout, or paying the initial 50% deposit, constitutes full digital execution and legal acceptance of these Terms of Service between the Client and Omni Solutions Oy Ab.
